Customer Review

As many other reviewers have stated, this is sturdy, easy to open and close with just foot pressure, and fits easily in trunk of a four-door car. However, when it comes to going up stairs, it just didn't work for me. I was attempting to get a banker's box full of documents up about 15 outdoor stair steps leading up to a landing. The steps have a rolled "lip" which overhangs at the top of each. I had to strain my muscles to pull the cart up the stairs, and eventually stopped about 3/4 way up and managed to hold on to the cart so it wouldn't roll back, and at the same time remove some of the contents in order to finish my upward trek. My back hurt for quite a while after. Also, I was surprised at how heavy the unloaded cart was. I should have researched it better. Anyway, I haven't seen very much about stair issues, so wanted to let folks know that they could be a problem. It would have cost a lot to ship/return, so I'll give to someone who can use it on flat ground -- I'm disappointed, and still hoping I can find a similar cart that will take stairs.
